Agreement to Terms
By using the services of GateRoad Doral Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services we provide, including towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
GateRoad Doral Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services in Doral, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, roadside assistance, battery jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout assistance. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where safety or legal concerns exist.
Payment and Pricing
All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on the actual service required, distance traveled, time of day, and any additional complications encountered. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you are using insurance to cover the cost of service, you are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance policy.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the nature of the problem. You must provide proof of vehicle ownership or authorization to have the vehicle towed. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before it is towed. GateRoad Doral Towing is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during transport or storage.
Liability and Insurance
GateRoad Doral Towing carries comprehensive liability and cargo insurance to protect your vehicle during transport and recovery operations. We take every precaution to prevent damage to your vehicle. However, pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues related to the condition of your vehicle are not our responsibility. We are not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of nature, road hazards, or third-party actions. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel time and expenses. We understand that situations change, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Vehicle Storage
If your vehicle is towed to our storage facility, daily storage fees will apply. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle in a timely manner. Storage fees begin 24 hours after the vehicle arrives at our facility. Vehicles not claimed within the time period specified by Florida law may be subject to lien and sale procedures.
Disputes and Resolution
If you have a concern or complaint about our service, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will work with you to find a fair solution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled in accordance with Florida law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
